Where there is a sea there are pirates
Life's pretty good, and why wouldn't it be? I'm a pirate, after all
The sea...

She runs over to the bonfire that is busy with chatting crewmates – companions – and the little gypsy takes the deep crimson bag with the multi colored patterns stitched away from her left shoulder – where she had flung it during her run. Dumping out the coconuts in front of everyone, “Coco-nuts” She beams in a proud manner. She whips around and points out towards the sea and than turns back around, “Come play?”

**He watches Nioki play, “How nice it must be to have such a carefree child attitude. I never quite got one of those, even as a child. I had so much responsibility.”**

Poor pissed childhood as well Lieutenant Abaddon?

**He nods, “I suppose. I was raised in an orphanage ran by Catholic nuns – that beat the hell out of us because they claimed we were “sinners” – where there were about fifty-two children there of all ages and had only really eight rooms to fit everyone – and we were not fitted well into these small rooms. I had to take a job at an early age to help pay for everyone. I grew up before my time. But I don’t regret that place because it taught me love – I loved the other children like my own blood brother and sisters – and taught me responsibility. I will always be loyal to that orphanage regardless of the beatings or mistreatments.”**

::Listens to Magus speak::
Aye, at least ye understand tha importance ta ye situation!!! Made ye a fine gent! A fine o’ Lieutenant.
::Blinks at the last statement::
Or should I be given the British Royal Fleet tha thanks for tha’ one?
29th-Aug-2006 08:33 pm (UTC) - Re: Lord o' mighty!
**Laughs while shaking his head no, “I wouldn’t thank them for anything personally. I hope to god I never have to deal with them again,” stops laughing, “And what about your childhood Captain Talask? What was it like?”**
29th-Aug-2006 08:43 pm (UTC) - Re: Lord o' mighty!
::Ryem thinks::
Me childhood huh…
I was born upon me father – Cuan – ship called “The Disgraceful wolf,” which was also his bloody nickname, not a coincident thar I can assure ye Lieutenant. Me mum – Nieve – died two days after me birth, and me father and I blamed each otha for her death. But me father’s bloody mistress – whom I hated with a passion like me father – would raise me and teach me the “proper noble” ways – she was raised a noble but fell for a bloody scallywag…deservers her right. Anyway me father would beat me constantly for “kilin’ me mum,” and I found it funny that he would be sunk and killed by the British fleet – the best thang they ever did. Afterwards me uncle Erskine would raise me and eventually leave me ship gallant ship…
::Points over to the Dragon’s Treasure::
I became in charge when I turned sixteen, ‘cause me uncle was shot and killed durin’ a fight with another Captain.
A fine man, me uncle Erskine! Still miss that silly ol’ git. I really do.

**"I'm sorry to hear he beat you. I know how that feels."**
29th-Aug-2006 08:46 pm (UTC) - Re: Lord o' mighty!
::Shakes his head::
Nah, don’t be sorry Lieutenant! I turned out ta be a fine man! I don’t regret a damn thang form me past, none of it. Not even the hatred for me dad, or losin’ me mum ‘cause it all shaped me into who I be now. And I love meself tha way I be!
29th-Aug-2006 08:47 pm (UTC) - Re: Lord o' mighty!
**”I see you also have a positive outlook on that. I am glad. Most people attach negative meanings to those sorts of situations,” Nods. “So who – of your crew – have you known the longest?”**
29th-Aug-2006 08:52 pm (UTC) - Re: Lord o' mighty!
Rath McFaerson. Stupid git over thar…
::points at Rath::
Claims I hit on him when we first met!
::rolls his eyes::
I think he has some deep rotted obsession with me.
::Makes a face::
And I have never been that drunk that I cannot tell the difference between a female and male. NEVER! I was raised on booze! I handle it better than most alcoholics! I work better on me rum than off of it!
But I have known Captain Mei Ran Ning tha longest – besides me uncle and his crewmates. She’s saved me life…
::Thinks again::
I’d say up ta two or four times by now. Amazin’ woman she be. I’d slap a weddin’ ring upon her slender finger if I wasn’t already married ta me see.
29th-Aug-2006 08:54 pm (UTC) - Re: Lord o' mighty!
**”I have meet Mister McFaerson. He was admiring my amor, Kalok. I let my jealous cloud my mind…AGAIN. I do that often. I’m very protective over her. Odd what love does to a man,” Smiles, “Captain Ning is our partner right? The one that travels with us?”**
29th-Aug-2006 08:56 pm (UTC) - Re: Lord o' mighty!
::Laughs loudly::
AYE! That be McFaerson for ye! Thinkin’ he’s god’s gift ta woman ‘round tha world!
::Still laughing::
Ego maniac tha’ one!
::Smiles over at Rath who is in his Hammock::
Nice git though. Lazy as sin, but nice insane fae lovin’ git…
::Looks back over to Magus::
Aye, that be she. Lovely woman her.
